A Seminar, Pitch Practice and Feedback from Investors, all in one morning.
First, we have a VC and an Angel present the the ins-and-outs of venture capital and angel capital, along with pros and cons, and myriad terminology.
What's the difference between angel financing and venture capital? What does an investor need in order to be interested?
What minimum goals do I need to obtain to get a meeting?
What's convertible debt?
Do I or Don't I Need a Business Plan?
Then, we have 10 qualified startups who will get to deliver a 5 minute pitch and receive 5 minutes of helpful feedback and suggestions from the panel. We are welcoming early stage companies that have innovative ideas and products and may not yet be ready for investment.
